Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Love Serving Autism's Serve with HEART (Health, 9
Education, Adaptive Recreation, +Therapies) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 469, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $299,519 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Love Serving 16
Autism's Serve with HEART (Health, Education, Adaptive 17
Recreation, +Therapies) as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 469. 19
Section 3. This act shall tak e effect July 1, 2022. 20
