Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. West Technical Education Center – Adult 9
Education & Workforce Development Training Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 889, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $397,288 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the West Technical Education 16
Center – Adult Education & Workforce Development Training 17
Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 889. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
