Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Belleview Emergency Vehicle for Water and 9
Wastewater System is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1672, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $337,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Belleview 16
Emergency Vehicle for Water and Wastewater System as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1672. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
