Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Hamilton County EOC/Multipurpose Building is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1611, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the Hamilton County 14
EOC/Multipurpose Building as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1611. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
