Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. UF/IFAS Nutrient Application Research is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 527, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,263,753 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 14
UF/IFAS Nutrient Appl ication Research as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 527. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
