Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pinellas ARC Adult Community Life Skills 9
Inclusion Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1498, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Pinellas ARC Adult 16
Community Life Skills Inclusion Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1498. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
