Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Keiser University - Nursing Shortage: 10
Increasing the Talent Workforce Supply Through Simul ation, 11
Faculty, and Technological Response is an Appropriations Project 12
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 13
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1593, herein 14
incorporated by reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 17
the Department of Education to fund the Keiser University - 18
Nursing Shortage: Increasing the Talent Workforce Supply Through 19
Simulation, Faculty, an d Technological Response as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 1593. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
