Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Corbett Levee Project - Indian Trail 9
Improvement District is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1492, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $6,800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Corbett 16
Levee Project - Indian Trail Improvement District as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1492. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
