Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Covenant House Workforce Readiness Program is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1594, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Covenant House Workforce 14
Readiness Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1594. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
