Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Baker County - Legacy Elementary School Special 9
Facility is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1513, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,721,401 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Baker County - Legacy 16
Elementary School Special Facility as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1513. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
