Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. TGHI - Community ''Passport'' to Improved 9
Mental, Physical and Behavioral Health is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1142, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $905,246 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the TGHI - Community ''Passport'' 16
to Improved Mental, Physical and Behavioral Health as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1142. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
