Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Arcadia Boys and Girls Club Renovation and 9
Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1570, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Arcadia Boys and 16
Girls Club Renovation and Expansion as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1570. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
