Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bridging Lives - Helping People and Minority 9
Communities to Become Healthier is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1705, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Bridging Lives - Helping People 16
and Minority Communities to Become Healthier as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1705. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
