Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Eve's Hope - South Florida Mobile Medical Unit 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 720, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $109,006 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Eve's Hope - South Florida 16
Mobile Medical Unit as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 720. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
