Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Freeport High School - Aquaculture Marine 9
Academy Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1287, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Freeport High School - 16
Aquaculture Marine Academy Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1287. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
