Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Washington County Agriculture Center 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1542, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $700,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 16
Washington County Agriculture Center Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1542. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
