Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palm Beach County Homeless Resource Center is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 714, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Palm Beach 14
County Homeless Resource Center as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 714. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
