Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Holmes County Consolidated Government 9
Efficiency Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1748, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Holmes County 16
Consolidated Government Efficiency Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1748. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
