Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Jackson County - Hope School Center Renovations 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1771, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Jackson County - Hope 16
School Center Renovations as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1771. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
