Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Washington County - Vernon Voluntary 9
Prekindergarten Center is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1802, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Washington County - 16
Vernon Voluntary Prekindergarten Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1802. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
