Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Center for Children and Families is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1099, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Center for 14
Children and Families as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1099. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
