Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Marquis Way Connector Road/SR 20 Bypass Road to 9
US 331 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 918, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Marquis Way Connector Road/SR 20 Bypass Road to US 331 as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 918. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
