Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Comprehensive Community Development Consortium 9
Center East Pasco is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Re presentatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1307, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,882,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the 16
Comprehensive Community Development Consortium Center East Pasco 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1307. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
