Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis - Spinal 9
Cord and Traumatic Brain Research is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1422, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund The Miami Project to Cure 16
Paralysis - Spinal Cord and Traumatic Brain Research as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1422. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
