Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Peer Respite Support Space to Prevent Mental 9
Health Crisis and Suicide Risk is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Ho use of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1123, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $125,300 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Peer Respite 16
Support Space to Prevent Mental Health Crisis and Suicide Risk 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1123. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
