Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Montverde Septic to Sewer Project is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1476, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $658,750 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Montverde 14
Septic to Sewer Project as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1476. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
