Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Joshua's House Foundation Bilingual Behavioral, 9
Technical and Academic Special is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1506, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Joshua's House Foundation 16
Bilingual Behavioral, Technical and Academic Special as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1506. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
