Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Old Kings Road Widening - Phase 2 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1767, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $17,900,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust 13
Fund is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund 14
the Old Kings Road Widenin g - Phase 2 as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1767. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
