Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Coast Blare & Colbert Lane Pipe Upgrade - 9
Flood Mitigation Project is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1761, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palm 16
Coast Blare & Colbert Lane Pipe Upgrade - Flood Mitigation 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 1761. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
