Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Project Cold Case is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1789, herein 10
incorporated by referenc e. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Project Cold Case as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 1789. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
