Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Clay County Utility Authority Peters Creek 9
Water Reclamation Facility is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1670, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Clay 16
County Utility Authority Peters Creek Water Reclamation Facility 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1670. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
