Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Green Cove Springs Park Street to Bayard on St. 9
Johns Avenue Drainage Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1485, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $318,750 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Green Cove 16
Springs Park Street to Bayard on St. Johns Avenue Drainage 17
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 1485. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
