Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. YMCA of Florida's First Coast Immokalee Unique 10
Abilities Center - Multipurpose Facility Phase 2 is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 1253, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Health to fund the YMCA of Florida's First Coast 17
Immokalee Unique Abilities Center - Multipurpose Facility Phase 18
2 as described in Appropriations Project Request 1253. 19
Section 3. This act shall take e ffect July 1, 2022. 20
