Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. First Step of Sarasota – Acute Behavioral 9
Health Services Facility Planning and Construction is an 10
Appropriations Project as defin ed in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1757, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the First Step of 16
Sarasota – Acute Behavioral Health Services Facility Planning 17
and Construction as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1757. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
