Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. First Step of Sarasota - 24 Hour Intake Access 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1721, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,675,180 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the First Step 16
of Sarasota - 24 Hour Intake Access Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1721. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
