Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. FASD State Satellite Clinics is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1583, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Health to fund the FASD State Satellite Clinics as 14
described in Appropriations Proje ct Request 1583. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
