Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lotus House Education and Employment Program 9
for High Special Needs Women and Youth is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1742, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Lotus House Education and 16
Employment Program for High Special Needs Women and Youth as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1742. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
