Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Common Threads - Nutrition Education for Health 9
and Wellness is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 615, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $333,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Common Threads - Nutrition 16
Education for Health and Wellness as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 615. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
