Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida International University - Washington 9
Center Scholarships is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1526, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the Florida International University 16
- Washington Center Scholarships as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1526. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
