Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palmetto Bay Sub-Basin 57/96 Construction is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1504, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,120,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palmetto 14
Bay Sub-Basin 57/96 Construction as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1504. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
