Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Learning Experience School Adult Program 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 616, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,329,400 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Miami 16
Learning Experience School Adult Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 616. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
