Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pasco Area Lighthouse for the Blind, Mental 9
Health for Elderly Visually Impaired is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1636, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Pasco Area Lighthouse for the 16
Blind, Mental Health for Elderly Visually Impaired as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1636. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
