Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Village of Pinecrest - Pinecrest Gardens Lake 9
View Terrace Restoration is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 599, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the Village of Pinecrest - Pinecrest 16
Gardens Lake View Terrace Restoration as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 599. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
