Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Additional Forensic Beds at Treasure Coast 9
Forensic Treatment Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1668, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,829,638 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Additional 16
Forensic Beds at Treasure Coast Forensic Treatment Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1668. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
