Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Dade College – Registered Nurses Growth 9
Plan is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 809, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $600,050 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Miami Dade College – 16
Registered Nurses Growth Plan as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 809. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
