Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. COVID-19 Mental Health & Wellness Program 9
(CMHWP) is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1425, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the COVID-19 16
Mental Health & Wellness Program (CMHWP) as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1425. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
