Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Gardens NW 211 Street Between NW 27th -9
37th is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1687, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $50,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami Gardens 16
NW 211 Street Between NW 27th -37th as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1687. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
