Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Broward Children's Center Medically Complex 9
Young Adult Medical Home Funding is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1423, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Broward Children's Center 16
Medically Complex Young Adult Medical Home Funding as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1423. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
