Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Miami Powerhouse is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1629, herein 10
incorporated by reference . 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,135,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Miami 14
Powerhouse as described in Appropriations Project Request 1629. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
