Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Better Way of Miami Rehabilitation Project is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 930, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Better Way of 14
Miami Rehabilitation Project as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 930. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
